A checkbox on our secure web portal when submitting a claim
Verbal consent recorded by an adjuster
Texting a keyword (e.g., START) to a dedicated RCS number
By opting in, you authorize RCS to send SMS messages to the number provided. You confirm that you are the subscriber or authorized user of that number.

 
4. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency will vary based on your claim’s activity and requirements.
Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You are solely responsible for any charges incurred.
 
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:

STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, REVOKE, UNSUBSCRIBE
You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us unless you re-enroll by replying START.
